
In the heart of De Maasduinen National Park, you will find our unique brasserie, located in the historic lock building. Here, you can enjoy a welcoming atmosphere, a beautiful terrace and stunning views over Lake Reindersmeer. The visitor centre is also located in the same building.
It is the perfect starting point for the many walking and cycling routes through this beautiful area. We look forward to welcoming you.

Children
De Boskoel is the perfect place for children to explore, climb and play. Just a 5-minute walk from our brasserie, you will find the play forest, ideal for an adventurous day out.
Join Dorus the Rabbit on an interactive walking trail of approximately 4 kilometres. This treasure hunt is suitable for children aged 6 to 12 and is available from our brasserie for €2.
Dogs
Dogs are very welcome in our brasserie. Our special Woof Menu offers a selection of dried treats for your faithful four-legged friend.
Parking
You can park at the spacious De Sluis car park, which has an EV charging point and accessible parking spaces. On busy days, you can also use the De Maasduinen car park.

Ice Cream Tower at De Sluis
Next to the lock, you will also find our Ice Cream Tower, where you can enjoy delicious soft-serve ice cream with a variety of toppings every weekend from Easter onwards, as well as during the school holidays. Perfect to take away or enjoy by the water.
